Embedded content from other websites

Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.

These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracking your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website.

Analytics

We may use web analysis tools to help analyze and track data for marketing purposes. We also do this in an effort to create better content.

Who we share your data with:

Third-party/Off-site links

You may come across other links on our website to third-party sites and services. We do not relay any of your information to third-party sites. They will only see the link that you used to get to them.

Even though we may include third party links directly to a known site in some areas, it’s always a good idea to be sure it’s the actual site that shows up when you hover over it to be sure it doesn’t link to a different site. It shouldn’t, but we’re doing a little mothering here.
Note: Third-party sites will have their own privacy policy, please review.

We do not:

  • Sell, rent, or share your information to any third parties.

How long we retain your data:

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

What rights you have over your data:

To Withdraw your data/opt-out

From our e-newsletter – you can use the ‘unsubscribe’ link that appears in every email we send.

You can also contact us in writing at any time via email and please include your full details so we can review. Email: donna@mindfuladventures.com

Where we send your data:

Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service.

Disclosure/Legal Requirements:

We reserve the right and will only disclose any personal information we have concerning you if we are compelled to do so by a court of law or lawfully requested to do so by a governmental entity or if we determine it is necessary or desirable to comply with the law or to protect or defend our rights or property in accordance with applicable laws.
