We love creating this Annual Mindful Gift Guide. If you’re also looking to be mindful about the gifts you choose for your friends and family then my hope is that you’ll be inspired by our curated items for 2020 and beyond. And…we’ll continue to add more finds through December.
Let’s get started …

MudLove Bracelets
Have you heard about MudLove? These are mindful and meaningful holiday gifts that give back! From bracelets to mugs with a positive message. What will you create in 2021? They’re so affordable you may want to stock up on some of your own. I just received my order with my 2021 word of the year. Do you have a new word for next year. Share in the comments.

Three Hermits is based in Ayurvedic principles – a belief that food is medicine. I think most of us will agree that food is medicine. That’s why Turmeric is part of my lifestyle, so when I saw these I knew I had to give them a go. The cinnamon, too. They’re all natural with plant-based ingredients and they taste pretty good, too. Visit Three Hermits to find out more.

Color Up recently introduced its new Wash Up, Level Up, Drink Up skin care line infused with Organic Hemp CBD.
Wash up has an enticing scent and The Tinsel-Time Trio Kit is an affordable way to gift these items (for you or others). Affordable skincare with benefits and something different for a Mindful Holiday Gift Guide.

Happy-Lytes by Keto-Beam, is an electrolyte rejuvenating misting spray with the added bonus of 100% pure therapeutic grade Bergamot Essential Oil. The Electrolytes, when breathed in, give the body a boost, while the Bergamot provides a natural mood boost! It’s also safe for adults and children. We just had to include this in our Mindful Holiday Gift Guide – it makes a great stocking stuffer!

Innogear Diffuser
Raise your hand if you love aromatherapy.
I love the essential oils that come with this Innogear diffuser – Lavender, lemongrass, eucalyptus, peppermint, sweet orange, and tea tree oil come with this set. It also has a timer so you can set it and enjoy the scent for an hour or longer. And, the oils are bottled in the USA. This one checks all the boxes for a thoughtful and mindful gift.

Are you a fan of Like Water for Chocolate?
Here’s good news – Thirty years after this beloved book, which was also a film, author Laura Esquivel released a trilogy collection – yes, the saga continues! The second book, Tita’s Diary, explores the best-selling novel’s main character with never-before-seen real family photos, hand-pressed flower arrangements from the author’s garden, and newly released recipes not included in the original novel. The third book, The Colors of My Past, is an ode to feminine independence – a novel that covers several generations of women that never backed down despite adversity. Let’s empower one another!

Copper Compressions Socks by Blueenjoy
Many of us are thinking about traveling more in 2021 and these may come in handy. Compression socks – they’ve come a long way, too! This brand has a lot of options including solid colors. Check with your medical professional if you’re not sure about wearing compressions socks.

Freedom Mastery: Each year I search for my perfect planner for the new year. I came across the Law of Attraction Planner while searching last year and decided to grab one for 2021 in hopes I’ll get to use it more (2020 was kind of a wipe out, no!?). It may seem a little pricey at first, but it’s so much more than just a calendar.
It’s about creating your roadmap for the year as it includes awareness & self-discovery exercises, goal setting, a vision board, and so much more. You can check it out here.
Our Mindful Holiday Gift Guide continues …

St. Julian Winery & Distillery:
“Mr. Martini – how about some wine!” Yes, from It’s a Wonderful Life and one of my favorite scenes. I was introduced to St. Julian Winery & Distillery in Paw Paw, Michigan several months ago. I know – Michigan wine? Yes, there are some great wineries in Michigan and this one has been around for 100 years. They do it well. One of my faves is the Braganini Family Reserve 2017 Cabernet Sauvignon, which is a dry and full-bodied wine. If you like Rosé all day, then the Braganini Family Reserve 2019 Serious Rosé is one to try. Wine was a must this year for our Mindful Holiday Gift Guide.

Big Vision Arts: One of my favorite artists, Pamela Becker (owner of Big Vision Arts located in Sedona), has a redesigned website and (beautiful) new art!
Explore more on her site. For anytime of year. One of my favorite pieces is called Intention – Becoming – Evolution. I’m also a fan of the Desert Lotus Altar® by Big Vision – a point of intention or reflection for meditation and just being still.

New Harbinger publishes the best books on spirituality, health, personal growth, and psychology. When I heard about The Gratitude Project – well, I knew I needed to read it. I’m guessing many of you also keep a gratitude journal – you know how powerful it is. Can gratitude lead to a better world? That’s what this book delves into as it explores thankfulness and the neuroscience of gratitude. There are a number of chapters that called out to me including “The Surprising Neural Link Between Giving and Gratitude” and much more. A wonderful book to read & to give to someone.

SwaddleDesigns: It’s the season of Hope! And we could all use more Hope right about now. And, since we’ll be wearing masks for the time being, SwaddleDesigns has affordable and adorable masks for gift giving and for yourself.
This example (Hope) – 3-layers of Cotton Chambray – soft & lightweight.
Other masks are made from the same soft flannel of their award-winning swaddle blankets. 2-layer, 100% Cotton Flannel, and designed to filter airborne particles. Soft, lightweight, breathable, and there are so many designs. They’re also made in USA and start at just $6.99. Face masks for kids, too. Really cute SwaddleDesigns items for your bundle of joy, too.

Miraval Resorts

Miraval Berkshires opened this year and what a year to open a resort, right? Well, there were actually several resort openings around the world in 2020.
For east coast dwellers this is a drive-to resort located in Lenox, Ma and just a few hours from New Jersey and New York. Interested? Contact me directly for more insight and to review options for a pre- or post- holiday wellness travel option.

How many of you journal? If you love traveling then a journal is vital. We love this beautiful handmade leather journal. It measures 7×5 and is affordable at $18.99 for gift giving or for your next Mindful Adventure! This is made of full grain buffalo leather and handcrafted by experienced artisans. Canyon Ranch
This year kept me from my journey to Canyon Ranch Woodside, so it’s on my list for 2021. This is the newest wellness resort for the brand. Immersed in nature, this resort is a little different from Tucson and Lenox as it’s more intimate and you’re surrounded by the Redwood Forest – the perfect spot for transformation.
